By using this service (“the Service”), operated by Posner XYZ, Inc. · Well Intended Ventures, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

The Service helps two people who meet in person exchange contact details by sending one introduction email that puts you both on the same thread. After that, the Service steps out — it is not a party to your conversation.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect with people who agree to it. Don't enter someone else's email without their consent.
• No spam, scraping, harvesting, or unlawful use.
• You're responsible for any note or content you add, and for activity under your account.

Availability & “as is”

We work hard to deliver every introduction reliably, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we can't guarantee every email is delivered or that the Service is always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posner XYZ, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
